No Charge for Transfer or Exchange. No service charge may be made to a Class A-1 Noteholder for any transfer or exchange of Class A-1 Notes, but the Class A-1 Note Registrar may require payment by the Class A-1 Noteholder of a sum sufficient to cover any tax or other governmental charge that may be imposed in connection with any transfer or exchange of Class A-1 Notes.
