No Charges for Transfer or Exchange. No charge will be levied on a presenter of a Subscription Receipt Certificate pursuant to this Indenture for the transfer of any Subscription Receipt or the exchange of any Subscription Receipt Certificate, but the Company may require payment of a sum sufficient to cover any Tax or other governmental charge payable in connection therewith.
