Common use of NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES Clause in Contracts

NO CLAIM AGAINST OFFICERS, AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES. No claim for personal liability shall be made by the Contractor against any individual officer, agent or employee of the Corporation, NYC Health + Hospitals or the City related to anything done or omitted in connection with this Agreement and no claim shall be made by the Corporation against any individual, officer, agent or employee of the Contractor except in the case of fraud.
