Common use of No Claim by Xxxxxx Clause in Contracts

No Claim by Xxxxxx. Except in respect of abatement of Rent as provided for in this Article, no claim for compensation or damages, direct or indirect shall be made by the Tenant by reason of the loss of use, inconvenience or otherwise arising from the necessity of repairing any portion of the Development however the necessity may arise.
