Common use of No Claims against the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

No Claims against the Administrative Agent. The Borrower agrees that in case of any payment to the Lenders or the Administrative Agent pursuant to the Finnvera Guarantee, Finnvera shall, in addition to any other rights which it may have under the Finnvera Guarantee or otherwise, have full rights of subrogation against the Borrower and the Borrower shall not have any claims whatsoever in respect of any loss, damage or expense suffered or incurred by it against the Administrative Agent as a result of such payment by Finnvera.
