Common use of No Claims against the Lender Clause in Contracts

No Claims against the Lender. (a) The Chargor shall not have any right or claim against the Lender and the Lender shall not have any liability of any nature whatsoever to the Chargor or any other person in respect of any loss arising out of any disposal of the Secured Obligations or the disposal or exercise of any other rights under this Deed or any part thereof, however such loss may have been caused, and whether or not a better price could or might have been obtained on such disposal, by either deferring or advancing the date of such disposal or otherwise howsoever, except for any loss caused by the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of the Lender.
