Common use of No Co-Insurance Clause in Contracts

No Co-Insurance. If on account of the failure of Tenant to comply with the provisions of this Paragraph 19, Landlord or any other person is adjudged a co-insurer by its insurance carrier, then any loss or damage which Landlord or such other person shall sustain by reason thereof shall be borne by Tenant and shall be immediately paid by Tenant upon receipt of a xxxx therefor and evidence of such loss.
