No Commission. The Selling Shareholder has not employed any broker, agent, finder or advisor in connection with any transaction contemplated by this Agreement. The Selling Shareholder hereby indemnifies the Purchaser against any liability for a broker's commission or agent or finder's fee of any description incurred by the Selling Shareholder with respect to any transaction contemplated by this Agreement.
