No Commission. To the knowledge of Post, no commission or other ------------- remuneration has been paid by any Person, directly or indirectly, for the solicitation of the Exchange. Post has not paid, nor has it accepted payment, directly or indirectly, commission or other remuneration for the solicitation of the Exchange.
