Except as set forth in Section 3.15 of the Company Disclosure Schedule, the Company has made no sales to customers that are contingent upon providing future enhancements of existing products, to add features not presently available on existing products or to otherwise enhance the performance of its existing products (other than beta or similar arrangements pursuant to which the Company’s customers from time to time test or evaluate products). The Company has provided Parent access to all reasonably requested information regarding all products in development (exclusive of mere enhancements to and additional features for existing products).
