Common use of No Commitments Clause in Contracts

No Commitments. To Contributor’s knowledge, no commitments have been made to any Governmental Authority, utility company, school board, church or other religious body, or any homeowners’ association or any other organization, group or individual, relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon the Partnership to make any contribution or dedication of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.

To Contributor’s knowledge, no No commitments have been made to any Governmental AuthorityAuthorities, utility company, school board, church or other religious body, or any homeowners’ association or any other organization, group or individual, relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon the Partnership Purchaser to make any contribution or dedication of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the PropertyProperties.

To Contributor’s knowledge, no No commitments have been made to any Governmental Authority, utility companygovernmental authority, school board, church or other religious body, or any homeowners’ association or any other organization, group or individual, individual relating to the Property which would impose an obligation upon the Partnership Buyer or its successors or assigns to make any contribution contributions or dedication dedications of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.

To Contributor’s knowledge, no No commitments have been made to any Governmental Authority, utility company, school board, church or other religious body, or any homeowners’ association or any other organization, group or individual, relating to the a Property which would impose an obligation upon the Partnership Company to make any contribution or dedication of money or land or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the a Property, except as may be set forth in any Permitted Exception.
