No Community Property. Any interest Mack may have in Seller, the Business or the Assets, if any, represent▇ ▇▇ck's sole and separate property and no other party (except Seller) h▇▇ ▇▇▇ interest in Seller, the Business or the Assets, whether as an ownership interest, an equity interest, a community property interest, an interest granted in any agreement or order (including, without limitation, any prenuptial agreement, settlement agreement, divorce decree or court order), or any other interest whatsoever.
No Community Property. Any interest ▇▇▇▇ may have in Seller, the Business or the Assets, if any, represents ▇▇▇▇'▇ sole and separate property and no other party (except Seller) has any interest in Seller, the Business or the Assets, whether as an ownership interest, an equity interest, a community property interest, an interest granted in any agreement or order (including, without limitation, any prenuptial agreement, settlement agreement, divorce decree or court order), or any other interest whatsoever.
No Community Property. Except to the extent Principal’s wife may have a community property interest in Principal’s property as a matter of law, (a) any interest Principal may have in Seller, the Business or the Assets, if any, represents Principal’s sole and separate property and (b) no other party has, through Principal, obtained any interest in Seller, the Business or the Assets, whether an ownership interest, an equity interest, an interest granted in any agreement or order (including, without limitation, any prenuptial agreement, settlement agreement, divorce decree or court order), or any other interest whatsoever.

Related to No Community Property

  • Community Property Each spouse individually is bound by, and such spouse’s interest, if any, in any Optioned Shares is subject to, the terms of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall create a community property interest where none otherwise exists.

  • City Property All original documents, drawings, electronic media, and other materials prepared by CONTRACTOR pursuant to this Agreement immediately become the exclusive property of the CITY, and shall not be used by CONTRACTOR for any other purpose without the CITY’s prior written consent.

  • Management; Community Policies Owner may retain employees and management agents from time to time to manage the Property, and Owner’s agent may retain other employees or contractors. Resident, on behalf of himself or herself and his or her Guests, agrees to comply fully with all directions from Owner and its employees and agents, and the rules and regulations (including all amendments and additions thereto, except those that substantially modify the Resident’s bargain and to which Resident timely objects) as contained in this Agreement and the Community Policies of the Property. The Community Policies are available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/policies.pdf or on request from the management office and are considered part of this Agreement.

  • Access to Property, Property’s Management, Property Lender, and Property Tenants Potential Investor agrees to not seek to gain access to any non-public areas of the Property or communicate with Property’s management employees, the holder of any financing encumbering the Property, the Property’s tenants, and the Owner’s partners in the ownership of the Property, without the prior consent of Owner or JLL, which consent may be withheld in the Owner’s sole discretion.

  • No Joint Venture or Partnership Each Borrower and Lender intend that the relationship created hereunder be solely that of borrower and lender. Nothing herein is intended to create a joint venture, partnership, tenants-in-common, or joint tenancy relationship between any Borrower and Lender nor to grant Lender any interest in any Individual Property other than that of mortgagee or lender.
