No Company Intellectual. Property Right is subject to any outstanding judgment, injunction, order, decree or agreement restricting the use thereof by the Company or any Subsidiary or restricting the licensing thereof by the Company or any Subsidiary to any Person, except for such matters as, individually or in the aggregate, have not had and would not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
