No Company Liability for Benefits. The benefits under this Plan shall be only such as can be provided by the Fund, and there shall be no liability or obligation on the part of the Company to make any further contributions or payments. Except as otherwise provided by the Act, no liability for the payment of benefits under this Plan shall be imposed upon the Companies or upon the officers, directors or shareholders of the Companies.
