No Compensation from Holders or Indenture Estate. Notwithstanding any other provision hereof, the Indenture Trustee shall have no right against the Holders, the Managing Trustee or the Delaware Trustee, in their respective individual capacities, the Owner Trust, the Owner Participant or, except as otherwise provided in Section 4.03, the Indenture Estate for any fee as compensation for its services hereunder.
