Common use of No Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

No Confidentiality. Purchaser understands and acknowledges that City is subject to the Oklahoma Open Records Act (51 O.S. §24.1 et seq.) and therefore cannot assure the confidentiality of contract terms or other information provided by Purchaser to City pursuant to this Agreement that would be inconsistent with City’s compliance with its statutory requirements.
