No Conflict Actions. BMS shall not be required to take any action pursuant to Sections 10.4, 10.7 or 10.8 that BMS reasonably determines in its sole judgment and discretion conflicts with or violates any court or government order or decree that BMS is then subject to or otherwise may create legal liability on the part of BMS.
