No Conflict of Rights. The Company represents and warrants to Apollo and the Non-Apollo Holders that the registration rights granted in this Agreement do not conflict with any other registration rights granted by the Company. The Company shall not, after the date hereof, grant any registration rights which conflict with or impair, or have any priority over, the registration rights granted hereby.
