Common use of No Conflict/Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

No Conflict/Violation of Law. The execution, delivery and performance of the Loan Documents by Borrower will not cause or constitute a default under or conflict with the organizational documents of Borrower or, to Borrower’s actual knowledge, Guarantor or Member. The execution, delivery and performance of the obligations imposed on Borrower under the Loan Documents will not cause Borrower or, to Borrower’s knowledge, Guarantor or Member to be in default, including after due notice or lapse of time or both, under the provisions of any agreement, judgment or order to which Borrower or Guarantor is a party or by which Borrower or Guarantor is bound.
