No conflict with other obligations. the execution and delivery of, the performance of its obligations under, and compliance with the provisions of, the Finance Documents to which it is party will not (i) contravene in any material respect any existing applicable law, statute, rule or regulation generally applicable to transactions of this type or any judgment, decree or permit to which such Obligor is subject and aware of, (ii) conflict with in any material respect, or result in any material breach of any of the terms of, or constitute a material default under, any material agreement or other instrument to which such Obligor is a party or is subject or by which it or any of its property is bound, (iii) contravene or conflict with any provision of such Obligor's constitutive documents (iv) breach in any respect any term of the Licences, (iv) breach in any material respect any term of the Necessary Authorisations or (v) save for the Encumbrances granted to the Security Trustee pursuant to the Security Documents, result in the creation or imposition of or oblige any member of the Group to create any Encumbrance (other than a Permitted Encumbrance) on any member of the Group's undertakings, assets, rights or revenues;
