The Company shall not, on or after the date hereof, grant any registration or similar rights to any Person which conflict with or impair the rights granted hereby other than, without limiting the provisions of Section 12.3, the Investor Registration Agreement in the form filed with this Agreement on the date hereof with the Bankruptcy Court.
