Common use of No Conflicting Rights Clause in Contracts

No Conflicting Rights. As from the Effective Date and for the duration of the Term, Takeda will not, and will cause its Affiliates not to, grant to any Third Party rights in the Field in the Licensee Territory that encumber, diminish, or conflict with the rights granted to Licensee hereunder with respect to the Takeda Regulatory Materials or Takeda Technology.
