No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement and all documents referenced herein to be executed, delivered and performed by PLNI will not conflict with or be in violation of the articles or by-laws of PLNI or of any agreement to which PLNI is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by PLNI and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of PLNI.
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the articles or by-laws of GTC or of any agreement to which GTC is a party and will not vie any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by GTC and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrances or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of GTC.
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the Articles of Incorporation of PBDI or of any agreement to which PBDI is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by PBDI and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of PBDI.
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the articles or by-laws of HIP or of any agreement to which HIP is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by HIP and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of HIP .
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the articles or by-laws of DCI or of any agreement to which DCI is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by DCI and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of DCI.
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the memorandum and articles of associations of RLH or of any agreement to which RLH is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by RLH and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrances or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of RLH.
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the articles or by-laws of SC or of any agreement to which SC is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by SC and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of SC .
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the Articles of Incorporation of STC or of any agreement to which STC is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by STC and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of STC.
No Conflicts or Agreement Violations. The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the articles or by-laws of ZII or of any agreement to which ZII is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by ZII and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of ZII.

The execution, delivery and performance of this Agreement will not conflict with or be in violation of the Articles of Incorporation of CIL or of any agreement to which CIL is a party and will not give any person or company a right to terminate or cancel any agreement or right enjoyed by CIL and will not result in the creation or imposition of any lien, encumbrance or restriction of any nature whatsoever in favor of a third party upon or against the assets of CIL.
