No Consent or Waiver Implied. Nothing in this Article 19 shall be construed as implied consent by Landlord to any holding over by Tenant. Landlord expressly reserves the right to require Tenant to surrender possession of the Premises to Landlord as provided in this Lease on expiration or other termination of this Lease. The provisions of this Article 19 shall not be considered to limit or constitute a waiver of any other rights or remedies of Landlord provided in this Lease or at law.
