No Consequential or Indirect Damages. Except to the extent payable to a Third Party with respect to indemnification claims under Section 10.5(c), in no event shall any Party be liable under this Agreement to another Party for any punitive, incidental, indirect special or consequential damages, including any damages for business interruption, loss of use, revenue or profit, whether arising out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and whether or not the breaching Party was advised of the possibility of such damages.
