No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that he would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in paragraph “2” above, except for his execution of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.

No Consideration Absent Execution of this Agreement. Xx. Xxxxxx understands and agrees that he would not receive the monies and/or benefits specified in paragraph “2” above, except for his execution signing of this Agreement and the fulfillment of the promises contained herein.

Xxxxxx’x execution and non-revocation of this Agreement and subject to his continued compliance with paragraph 7 below.
