Common use of No Contamination or Pollution Clause in Contracts

No Contamination or Pollution. The Tenant must not cause or permit: (a) any Contamination of the Construction Area or the surrounding environment; or (b) any Pollution on or from the Construction Area; or (c) a Contamination Incident or Pollution Incident. The Tenant must promptly remedy any breach of its obligations under this clause to the reasonable satisfaction of the Landlord.
