No Contingencies. This Agreement, and the transactions contemplated hereunder, are not subject to any contingencies, including mortgage or inspection contingencies. Purchaser understands that any and all required or needed repairs, inspections, surveys, or permits are strictly and solely Purchaser’s expense and obligation.
