No Continuing Rights in Trademarks. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Distributor will immediately cease all display, advertising and use of all Trademarks and will not thereafter use, advertise, or display any name, mark xx logo which is, or any part of which is, similar to, or confusing with, any Trademark or other name, mark, xxgo or designation associated with any Product.
