The parties have had equal opportunity to take legal advice and the contra proferentem rule does not apply to the interpretation of this Agreement. Save as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party shall be responsible for and shall bear all its own fees and expenses with respect to the preparation and negotiation of this Agreement.
