Common use of No Control by the Limited Partners; No Withdrawal Clause in Contracts

No Control by the Limited Partners; No Withdrawal. The Limited Partners shall take no part in the control or management of the affairs of the Partnership nor shall the Limited Partners have any authority to act for or on behalf of the Partnership or to vote on any matter relative to the Partnership and its affairs except as is specifically permitted by this Agreement. Except as specifically set forth in this Agreement or in the Restricted Units Agreements between the Partnership and each Class B Limited Partner, no Limited Partner shall withdraw or be required to withdraw from the Partnership.
