Common use of No Copying Clause in Contracts

No Copying. The Licensee may make one backup copy of the Software. Such backup copy may be used only for reinstallation of the Software. Other than the said backup copy, the Licensee is not allowed to make any copies of the Software, except to the extent expressly permitted by mandatory law. Similarly, the Licensee may not publish, distribute or otherwise make the Software publicly available for others to copy.
