The Mortgagor shall not be entitled to any credit against the Secured Obligations by reason of the payment of any tax on the Property or any part thereof or by reason of the payment of any other Imposition, and shall not apply for or claim any deduction from the taxable value of the Property or any part thereof by reason of this Mortgage.
