Common use of No Credit Clause in Contracts

No Credit. The Charter School acknowledges that it is without authority to extend the faith and credit of the School Board to any third party. The Charter School shall clearly indicate to vendors and other entities and individuals outside LCPS that the obligations of the Charter School are solely the responsibility of the Charter School and are not the responsibility of the School Board.
