No Damage Cover Clause Samples
No Damage Cover. If You or any Authorised Driver:
(a) commit a Major Breach of the Rental Contract in a way that causes Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third Party Loss; or
(b) drive the Vehicle in a reckless manner so that a substantial breach of road safety legislation, has occurred, You and any Authorised Driver:
(i) have no Damage Cover;
(ii) are liable for all Damage, theft of the Vehicle and Third Party Loss; and
(iii) are liable for and must pay any additional costs or expenses We incur as a direct consequence.
No Damage Cover. If You or any Authorised Driver:
1. a commit a Major Breach of the Hire Contract in a way that causes Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third Party Loss; or
No Damage Cover. If You:
(a) commit a Major Breach of the Rental Agreement in a way that causes Damage, theft of the Vehicle or Third Party Loss; or
(b) drive the Vehicle in a reckless manner so that a substantial breach of road safety legislation, has occurred, You:
(i) have no Damage Cover;
(ii) are liable for all Damage, theft of the Vehicle and Third Party Loss; and
(iii) are liable for and must pay any additional costs or expenses We incur as a direct consequence.
No Damage Cover. (a) If You choose this option, You should obtain Your own comprehensive insurance policy because You have no Damage Cover under the Contract and You and any Authorised Driver are fully liable for all loss and Damage arising from an Accident, including:
