No De Minimis Adjustments. Calculation to Nearest Cent and One-hundredth of Share. No adjustment in the Exercise Price shall be required under this Article 5 unless such adjustment would require an increase or decrease of at least one percent (1%) of such price. All calculations under this Article 5 shall be made to the nearest cent or to the nearest one-hundredth of a share, as the case may be.
