No Defacing Premises. Tenant shall not overload the floor of the Premises, shall not mark on or drive nails, screw or drill into the partitions, woodwork ▇▇ plaster (except as may be incidental to the hanging of wall decorations), and shall not in any way deface the Premises or any part thereof.
