Common use of No Default; No Borrowing Base Deficiency Clause in Contracts

No Default; No Borrowing Base Deficiency. No Default or Event of Default shall have occurred which is continuing, and no Borrowing Base Deficiency shall then exist, in each case, before and after giving effect to the amendments to the Credit Agreement contained in Section 1 hereof and the redetermination of the Borrowing Base contained in Section 2 hereof.
