Common use of No Defaults or Violation of Law Clause in Contracts

No Defaults or Violation of Law. The execution and delivery of this Agreement, the consummation of the transactions contemplated thereby, and the fulfillment of the terms and conditions hereof do not and will not conflict with or result in a breach of any of the terms or conditions of any corporate or organizational restriction or of any agreement or instrument to which it is now a party, and do not and will not constitute a default under any of the foregoing. To its knowledge Bliss Sports II is not in default of its obligations under any other agreement related to the Recreation Center, and the execution and performance of Bliss Sports II’s obligations hereunder will not constitute a default under any agreement to which Bliss Sports II is a party.
