No Delay, Waiver, Etc. No delay or failure on the part of the Agent or the Concentration Bank in exercising and no course of dealing with respect to, any power or right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof nor shall any single or partial exercise of any power or rights hereunder preclude other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other power or right.
