No Delays Sample Clauses
No Delays. The Investors shall not have the right to take any action to restrain, enjoin or otherwise delay any registration pursuant to Section 9(a) as a result of any controversy that may arise with respect to the interpretation or implementation of this Agreement.
No Delays. During the review required under subsection (a)(3), the Secretary shall ensure that—
(1) all existing tribal consultation policies, regulations, and guidance continue to be implemented; and
(2) the review does not affect an approval or issuance of a permit required by the Secretary.
No Delays. No failure or delay by D▇▇▇▇ in exercising any right, power or privilege under this Guaranty will operate as a waiver of that right, power or privilege; nor will any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege under this Guaranty preclude any other or further exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
