All Monthly Payments required to be made prior to the related Cut-off Date for such Mortgage Loan have been made; the Seller has not advanced funds, or induced, solicited or knowingly received any advance of funds from a party other than the Mortgagor, directly or indirectly, for the payment of any amount required by the Mortgage Loan; and there has been no more than one delinquency during the preceding twelve-month period, and such delinquency did not last more than thirty (30) days;
