Common use of No Delinquencies or Advances Clause in Contracts

No Delinquencies or Advances. All payments required to be made and credited prior to the related Cut-off Date for such Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made; Greenpoint has not advanced funds, or induced, solicited or knowingly received any advance of funds from a party other than the owner of the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, directly or indirectly, for the payment of any amount required by the Mortgage Loan; and there has been no delinquency of more than thirty (30) days in any payment by the Mortgagor thereunder during the last twelve (12) months;
