No development by Purchaser Sample Clauses

No development by Purchaser. During the period that Seller continues to occupy the Option Tract and the house located thereon as her personal residence, Purchaser agrees not to construct buildings or recreational improvements to the Bargain and Sale Tract and not to develop any portion of the Bargain and Sale Tract or cut trees or clear any portion of the Property, except for regular maintenance of trees which may have died, become diseased, fallen, suffered storm damage or otherwise pose a hazard to the public, until the termination of the Option Term or until the Seller no longer resides on the Option Tract, whichever event first occurs;
