No Dilution of Trust. (a) Participants Benefitting from Trust Frozen on Change of Control. As soon as administratively feasible following the end of each quarter of the Plan Year, the independent organization selected by Alliant to administer the Plan will provide to Alliant and to the Trustee a list of the then Participants (the "Participant List"). After a Change of Control, only the Participants (and their beneficiaries) who are listed on the latest Participant List so provided to the Trustee before the date of the Change of Control (the "Latest Participant List") shall be eligible for payments from the Trust Fund. Except as described in Section 3.5(b), The Trustee shall have no liability, responsibility or obligation with respect to any Participant who is not named in the Latest Participant List.
