No Diminution or Abatement of Rent. No abatement, diminution or reduction (i) of Rent, charges or other compensation, or (ii) of Tenant’s other obligations hereunder shall be allowed to Tenant or any person claiming under Tenant, under any circumstances or for any reason whatsoever, except as expressly provided otherwise herein.
