No Discharges Unless Specifically Provided. No postponement or partial release or discharge of the lien hereof in respect of the Mortgaged Property shall in any way operate or be construed to release or discharge the security hereby constituted in respect of the Mortgaged Property except as therein specifically provided, or to release or discharge the Corporation from its liability to the Holder to fully pay and satisfy the Obligations.
