No Disparagement. During the Term and through the second anniversary of the Termination Date, the Executive will not make public statements or communications that disparage the Company or any of its businesses, services, products, affiliates or current, former or future directors and executive officers in their capacity as such. During the Term and through the second anniversary of the Termination Date, the Company will instruct its directors and executives not to make public statements or communications that disparage the Executive.
