No Disparaging Statements. Defendants, Defendants’ Counsel, Plaintiff, and Class Counsel shall make no public statements describing this Settlement that disparage any Party or Released Parties or accuse one another of wrongdoing. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent Plaintiff and Class Counsel from freely and frankly communicating with the Settlement Class Members.
