No Disposition of Trust Estate. Except as permitted by this Indenture, the Issuer shall not sell, assign, or otherwise encumber or dispose of its interest in the Trust Estate, and will promptly pay or cause to be discharged, or make adequate provision in the judgment of the Trustee to discharge, any lien or charge on any part thereof not permitted hereby.
